I quite agree Kaykay. I also think that Size5 is unlikely to post comments about this on here, after all there is such a thing as client confidentiality, and also he would be unlikely to contact Terry until a full investigation involving conversations with other people who may have been on holiday takes place.
No-body is doubting your claims... we are just saying give the company a realistic timescale in which to investigate your complaint. I hope you do have your answers tomorrow, however, if the people who have advised you during telephone conversations have to be investigated, this could take some time and may not be the instant fix that you so desire.
