No harm in sending them a copy -- not that they need one -- the pertinent date is the start of the IVA not the end and it makes no difference whether it has been completed or not.

I currently have not completed my IVA as I finish off in January 2020. I just printed off my credit report and noticed the dates registered wrongly.
So I decided to write to them to amend their records .

As I said you don't need to have completed --- your arguement that the default date should be the date the relationship between you broke down, i.e. on or before the start of the IVA, is correct and you should just labour that point or refer the matter on to the regulator.
