IS it possible to arrange an IVA if you have previously been bankrupt , over 20 years ago?

Providing you meet the criteria for an IVA I see no reason why you wouldn't be allowed to apply for an IVA.
Please visit my blog http://adam.blogs.iva.co.uk/

There is no rule to say you cannot propose an IVA and given the fact the bankrtupcy was 20years + ago then this should not go against you.

Although you will need to disclose this to your creditors.

Hi i.m

have a look at www.iva.com for reviews on iva companies or post more info about your current situation ie; do you own a home, if so how much equity and your disposable income, current creditors and I am sure you will get some expert advice
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes
