We made our last payment at the beginning of July and have already received our final certificates. I still can't believe it is all over. It is payday tomorrow and for the first time in over 5 years we will have spare money. At least £900 more each month than the last 5 years. We will never ever take out credit cards or loans again, and have certainly learnt from this.
I would like to thank Melanie and her team for helping make our IVA run as smoothly as it could and I would certainly recommend her to anyone considering an IVA in the future.

Now to saving for a newer car, then maybe a nice holiday in January if my husband is ok to fly... Happy Days xx

Brilliant news. Well done. You sound very much like me in terms of being £900 per month better off. We also paid our last payment early in July, but still waiting for creditors to claim, so looks like September at the earliest for my certificate. Never the less Congratulations on your huge achievement, enjoy being debt free.

I would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to debbie.s and her husband for the way that they have conducted their IVA with my firm. They have coped with dreadful illness and the subsequent loss of income, debbie.s has worked an enormous amount of hours to supplement her hubbie's lost income, and at all times it has been apparent that repaying their debts was one of the most important things for them.

I, and my team, are very pleased to see the end of the arrangement for this couple, and we hope that they will now enjoy spending some time together and enjoying a few treats which have been denied to them over the last five years, as they have really striven to ensure their IVA payments remained on track.

Clients like this make our job as practitioners so much easier, and their stories are truly inspirational. I will you the very best of luck for the future.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

A brilliant result Mel and so pleased that Debbie has been able to sort this out so quickly.
