Hello all! First of all can i say a big thankyou to everyone on this board for givin me soooo much support and sanity during what was a very stressful week.
I have the news that my IVA has been approved with modifications of an extra year tagged onto the 5 years and a slight increase in monthly payments of £20 more, bringing my payments to £267 for 4 months then £259 thereafter. My creditors will be getting 36p in the pound.
I will post up chairmans report when i get it. I am now going to have a baileys to celebrate!
8 down 65 to go!

Celebrate shazzles, I may even have a cherry B on your behalf tonight. You have certainly had a stressful week, you must be shattered. Sleep well and relax now.

Used to be popular a while ago, when you got babychams in little bottles it is the same little bottle. Someone help how do you describe itStrong sweet, little bottle red, dont see them a lot except xmas in iceland. If you come to the birmingham meeting I will bring you one. Like cherry brandy.

Woo Hoo well done Shazzles! I agreed to a creditor modification to extend my payments for a further year if I can’t release sufficient equity from a remortgage in my 4th year. So, although my signature below says ‘5 down 55 to go’ I am well aware the way the housing market is heading it's more likely to be ‘5 down 67 to go’ Ah well. I get no more hassle from creditors and now neither will you!! [:D]
My thanks to Melanie and her team :)

Thanks Ang, I'll take you up on that! I'm hoping I'll be able to get to Birmingham as it would be good to meet you all!
