Hello Paul, have just come back from hospital - she is doing very well - awake for about 6 hrs a day - if she keeps this up will be out of ints care on Wed. Thank you for asking; hope you have taken note of what people have been saying about your allowances. I am looking forward to hearing your acceptance post on Wednesday.

Hello Melanie - don't know yet - she is an independent so and so - a Geordie!! This will interest you Melanie - she has seen consultant after consultant, scan after scan - had surgery all to no avail. Our single handed country GP said hospial is barking up the wrong tree. She has "Wegeners granulomat osis" - it destroys the immune system. We got the GP to tell the hospital - they said he was wrong - he told them to do a certain type of blood test - they did it and a country GP was right! It can't be cured but it can be controlled. I think her GP's second name must be Melanie even though he is a he!!

My Dad was a Geordie - they are indeed independent people and made of stern stuff from up there!

Good on the local GP - a good GP has instincts which are often beyond the limit of human comprehension. So glad she is on the mend - how is J today?

You did make me giggle yestereday when you were telling me about taking Max with you when you go for your walks. Does he just perch on your shoulder or does he have to have a lead?
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
