Could I be cheeky and ask how many payments were remaining on your IVA and roughly what your montly payments were. I am near to making a settlement offer and any advice would be greatly appreciated

To be honest OJK there are so many variables it is probably worth starting your own thread and getting into the specifics of your own case. The experts on this case will then be able to offer more detailed advice and more accurate opinions.

I had made 7 of the 60 monthly payments, but then i didn't have a clause ruling out changes in the first two years like many arrangements do. I also made a large lump sum payment up front at the start of the arrangement, so my individual circumstances my vary from yours

Each persons circumstances are different, and the creditors will be looking at the specific circumstances before making a decision.

Your own IP will be the best to advise you as they know all the ins and outs of your case

Congratulations - and well done to all concerned for taking a sensible commercial approach to this case.
