That is terrible asdadavy.

Have you contacted them to find out exactly what is holding them up ?

Have you considered following the company complaints procedure?

If you know your IP, I would demand to speak with them as a matter or urgency, and request the above information.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

I was told once the claim had gone through for ppi and whatever the outcome you may get your certificate in 3mths or you may get it in 6mths.
The thing that annoyed me the most was i was told they could apply for my ppi which i was happy for them to do but no this was not the case i had to to apply and do all the paperwork cos if i hadnt i would of breached my iva.
There should be a law against keeping hold of your certificate for this amount of time

Ridiculous state of affairs and no excuse for it. Let us known how you get on with ombudsman.

Disgusting behaviour ...it is so unfair for anyone to be left in this position. I would be on the phone daily and certainly would not give up ....
