well its looking hopeful - I already have a variety of modifications emailed through from IP firm even though our meetings are tomorrow. We just need to read through them all but most are to do with fees. There seems to be only one that really affects me personally about return to work once my youngest is in school. Well over 75% of what we owe is represented - so, it would seem things are on the right track for an approval tomorrow - will post back once I know - don't like tempting fate.....

Both mine and husband's IVAs approved and first payment made - most of my creditors voted with modifications. The only really significant one was about me seeking employment once my youngest is at school. I feel so lucky for this chance. Thanks for all your support and I will be sticking around!
