Good in one way but in another
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Certainly one to keep an eye on -- however, there are ramifications: No certificate without PPI being fully discharged, or Deeds of Assignment transferring all PPI rights to the Supervisor.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

With the other side being no company can have 2 bites of the cherry, if staff get processes wrong they cant go back and redo what they should have done in the first place.
