Hi,
I've just got a couple of questions. My IVA has only one payment left and I'm not sure what happens next. Also I sometimes see on here that IVAs are extended beyond the agreed time. Is it possible this will be suggested to me. All of my payments are up to date etc and my IP supervisor hasn't suggested this. I just don't want any nasty surprises!

No-one but your own IP can answer those questions, so if you have any concerns about this you shoudl contact them directly. Assuming that you will only have to make the final payment, you will be issued with a final report and a Certificate of Due Completion, which is your evidence of the conclusion of the arrangement and the write off of any remaining debts.
