hi

had a letter this morning from IVA co, stating they have not received my signed rx1. and say i could be in default of iva

The RX1 was collected and checked by courier who picked up my signed proposal documents.

i had difficulty getting it signed in the first place as my ex wife still lives in the jointly owned property.

where do i stand with regard to this can somebody help.

the IVA was approved in may 2015
debt free is my aim

Tell them that the RX1 was checked and collected by their courier and suggest they check behind the filing cabinet (politely).

Agree that they need to check with their courier, otherwise get them to send another one and get proof from the courier!

When my docs were collected by courier I was given a signed schedule of everything he had checked and everything he took with him ... do you have such a document to "wave" at your IP ?
