Great news, you can put this all behind you now and begin to live your life again and not worry about the phone ringing or what comes through the door, good luck and best wishes on the road to becoming debt free again.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

hey congrats i hope this will be me once my budget for my expenditure is finalised. Did you have to supply a lot of documentation (e.g. statements, bills for everything). Just wondering whether i need to start asking for statements before i close my bank accounts etc as some debit is with bank?

Some creditors do like to see the IVA extended to a sixth year, depending upon certain criteria.

Congratulations.
It is such a relief. I am with Payplan as well I was asked to pay another £20 per month but I was just so glad to get things sorted.
