Good for flowers, I am relieved for you. I would be interested to know what Synergi say when you tell them you will no longer be requiring thier services.

Good luck

i am so pleased flowers you have sought alternative advice, i realise it can be daunting and when people have negative things to say about one company it can look as though we are airing just our own grievance as it hasn't gone through, many times my payment structure fluctuated and this was before any creditors meeting, i just wish i had been more firm with them and kept asking why as there was no guarentee when they changed the figures, but obviously i thought i was getting best advice,
good luck i am so pleased you will not be following the same route as me and at least you know what questions to be asking now.

Any IP firm who says they are "fully booked" for March is overtrading and you should beware. If they are too busy to arrange a creditors meeting, then they are unlikely to give you the correct level of client service required during these difficult times.
