Hi all, not sure if you remember my posts last year when I when through whole process of applying for IVA and was rejected by Tesco bank( my biggest creditor). Long story short, after a whole year of struggle( I refused DMP from PayPlan due to awful customer service and was trying to keep on top of my payments with the help of my partner) I applied for IVA again and after creditors meeting today was approved!!!!!!!!Massive thank you to Foggy, Kallis and other members for very helpful advice over the last 14 months!
