Congrats
It's been a very long 5 yrs for me and cannot wait to be free in two months. I take comfort in knowing it will be over soon and now I'm anxiously awaiting GT's closing process. Best wishes

Hi Matt, congratulations on completing your IVA and best wishes for the future. Our IVA is with creditfix and we have 4 payments left, did creditfix do a final review or did you just make the final payment and wait for the completion certificate? I wondered if there was anything we needed to sent off to them,we have had confirmation of the date of our last payment but they haven't asked for anything to do a review.

My IVA and meeting of creditors was approved on Tuesday however my first payment is the 20th December? Is that the official IVA start date?

The IVA starts on the date of approval.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

Seems a long time for the first payment to be made but well done anyway.

Great news ... use the time betweem nowand your first payment to build a contingency up.

I would however just check the date is not the 20th November rather than December ..would hate to get it wrong.

As others say congratulations on the acceptance but just double check when that payment is coming out to avoid any hiccups.

Hope it all goes smoothly for you and any questions you know where we are.
