All sorted - HSBC, MBNA, Egg voted yes. Nationwide Credit Card, Nationwide Flex Account and Northern Rock did not vote. However as 75% of my debt was with HSBC it only took them to say yes and away I went. Managed to get the extra year equity payment too to address equity in property, as HSBC was the only one to do the modification for 4 year release, so they can be out voted im told!

Would like to thank Melanie and her team at IVA Advice Beaureu for the way they've handled the case, very fast and very professional advice.

Looking forward to being debt free in 6 years!
