Thank you for your comments which I will pass on to Colin.

I can confirm that as you do not have a modification about your overtime or bonus you are not required to pay this in, although we will review your income and expenditure before the anniversary of your IVA (expect to be contacted about a month before - so 15th May 2008) and remember to keep your paylips and bank statements in order to assist with our review.

Hi All
I have just returned from a holiday to Malta kindly paid for by my girlfriends parents and
I now have my chairmans report and just wanted to let you know how the voting went on my IVA.
It was passed with 83.73%.
The creditors who voted yes were:
Citi Financial loan £1,816.66
Halifax Credit card represented by TDX £5,105.13
HFC Bank Represented by PWC £876.52
Egg Loan Represented by IVA watch at Grant Thornton £14,535.10
Egg Credit catd represented by IVA watch at Grant Thornton £1,629.90
Style Financial Services represented by TDX £1,247.32

The creditors who voted no were
Barclaycard represented by KPMG £3,617.78
Capital One represented by Cap 1 at IVA watch at Grant Thornton £1,295.00

So as you can see two of the creditors said no but were out voted anyway. First payment made so 59 to go.
