Hi All
Well I have just heard back from Accuma and they have said that the IVA has been approved. There is a slight increase in payments but I can cover that without to much worry. I am so happy. Five years/60 months I am sure will fly by. Dont know how the voting went yet.
Just one question that I asked Accuma but would like conformation on is that there is no 50% overtime or bouns clause in my proposal. Does this mean if I do overtime or receive a bouns I do not have to hand over 50% to the IVA? I do overtime on a regular basis and bouns is not guranteed and rare so where do I stand at the annual review would I be expected to pay more in year 2 if I have earned the overtime/bouns during year 1 or is it mine to keep for a rainy day.
A massive thank you to everyone on this website for the support/advice and answers. You are truly amazing. Another sucess for Thomas Charles and Accuma. Special Thanks to Ann Marie at Thomas Charles. The two extra payments are well worth the expense to make sure you have the best proposal going forward and another thank you to Colin Forrest and my IP Jane Madeleine Laura Finch at Accuma. I think a few beers or a cheap bottle of wine might be on the agenda tonight.
Regards
Adam

So pleased for you that it was approved. yes, the time will fly by. We are 31 months in and we haven't looked back.
Unsure on your other point though about the overtime etc as we have that modification but no doubt someone will reply soon who knows the answer. My understanding though is if its not there then no you dont have to pay the 50% but obviously they will review your i/e in 12 months time so dont know how this would affect it.

Definitely time to relax tonight!!!!

If you do not have the 50% uplift clause, then your IP will probably look at your average monthly earnings at the annual review stage to calculate your new earnings for the next year. You will also have any increased expenditure taken into this account at this time.

Hi Marie
Yes I think we have some of the same creditors so lets hope they approve you as well. What is the return you are offering? Mine is 52P in the £.
