my third creditors meeting was yesterday and my iva proposal has been accepted, ( with some small modifications )
I owe a huge dept of gratitude to DFD for their continued work on my behalf,
some of you may know a few weeks ago I posted on this site how I was looseing faith in DFD and how I was starting to have doubts, but everytime I called them they would reassure me they were working very hard on my behalf,
If only I had more trust in their abbility I would have saved myself a lot of unnessesary worry and stress,
I cant thank them enough for their continued support and not giving up on me.
Now I have a chance to put mine and my family's financial situation in order and look to the day I will be debt free, for the first time in my married life.
WELL DONE DFD.

many thanks to you all for your good wishes and words of support,
it's not going to be an easy road over the next 5 years.
but the light is ON at the end of the tunnel.

Declan. you have a great team of people working at DFD and my only regret is not having the trust and faith in believing they could pull it off.

This is a shining example of how persistence by an IP can result in creditors realising the commercial sense of an IVA proposal. Well done to all concerned with this.
