I won't post full details here, i'll save that for the blog, which i'll update later.
The long and short of it though is a monthly payment of £238, and a creditor dividend of 14p in the £. I think the earth may have moved on its axis, as the weight thats come of my shoulders is enormous.
I've read it, re-read it, left it for a bit, explained everything to Mrs DK, re-re-read it, slept on it and read it again. I'm fully aware that the creditors may ask for some expenditure to be shaved to release extra p/£, i've done calculations and if needs be there is room for negotiation. At least if I get a call on meeting day i'll know instantly and be able to give an answer straight away without delaying it further.
Feel so happy I could cry, shout, sing, and hug a randomer.
Get it signed now and sent off if you're totally happy with it, your meeting should be in a couple of weeks once the signed proposal is back.

Great Great news... it obviously is a weight off your mind. However, I must admit, that when I read the title of the post... I thought you were talking about your completion certificate.
Your meeting shouldn't be too far way now, good luck.
Great news DK. Its a bit daunting at first we found reading ours but i think if you have done your home work and had a look at some of the issues people have had with theirs like Garanteed minimum dividens and maybe not estimated dividens etc then you get a much better understanding of what you are getting into.I think its all about doing your home work which i guess you have done before signing.
Truefully, its the best thing we have ever done, a huge weight off our shoulders. Hope all goes well for you both on your IVA journey which am sure it will.
Just read your updated blog DK. Hope everything continues to work out ok.
