But seriously welcome to the forul guys - there will be a lot of clients with queries who will welcome your presence, and if you do half as good a job as Declan did you will all be brilliant!

FAB NEWS..

They are holding a creditors meeting on 10th June to fingers crossed agree to close my case with the PPI outstanding and then i will fingers crossed get my completion certificate...

keeping everything crossed now

mmmhhh meeting day arrived no phone call :-(

After half an hour of battling with one agent I finally got to speak to Matthew who unfortunately was unable to help me and I am still no further to closing... I seriously am so fed up with all this no its 1 step forward and 10 back.. :-(

God almighty.... All this isn't filling me with any confidence that my iva will be completed any time soon (finished in February) and I've had the usual automated responses from dfd which is it could take x amount of time to complete and to return my ppi forms which I did over a year ago

If you havent completed your PPI stuff and its closed i would contact EIF and making sure they are working on your case that was my mistake and the reason I am still waiting for DFD to do something
