Hi everyone
I have just had a letter from eversheds (max recovery) stating that MBNA have passed the account to them.
It says "for the avoidance of doubt your account has been passed to us and we will deal directly with your supervisor/nominee. it is EXTREMELY unlikely you will hear from us again"
??!!

Hi Zoe
I had exactly the same letter from eversheds in regards to my MBNA account after my IVA was accepted so may be a good omen.

Zoe

We have a really good relationship with Eversheds, so there is no harm done with this. They are a first class firm of lawyers, who really understand the insolvency marketplace.
