Chris

I suggest that you consider taking some legal advice as to your responsibilities under the equity release modification. Depending upon the wording of the clause in your proposal, you may not have to raise any additional monies, if a re-mortgage is not possible, and extending the arrangement by an unaffordable amount for two extra years is not right.

Hi Chris, Sorry to hear of your situation. Would you be interested in being a case study for the site? Your identity would remain private.

We would like to:
-Place a copy of your IVA proposal on the site (with all your personal information erased). Ideally we would like to keep the income and expenditure but this could be erased as well. The main thing to show would be the clauses and terms. The forum could then debate whether these are fair or not.
-Have an interview with you to understand your exact circumstances and how you came to reach the decision that an IVA was the right solution for you.

Please contact Andy if you are interested.

I don't mind as long as I dont have to learn Ballroom Dancing or live in a Jungle with Morons or go on TV to bore everyone with my problems and lose the minimal self esteem I trying to cling on to - that is unless they pay all my debts off-then I'll even put up with Simon Cowell for a while!

I only have the Agreement/Court Doc and initial letters from the FatCatory at moment as previously stated (elsewhere probably) I haven't got a copy of the amendments that are being quoted (that's not to say I haven't signed something but I did so not understanding the implications, until now)

If this is acceptable then why not!

It's a fact that despite being a complete Financial Failure I could do 'their' jobs better than they seem to be!
