Hooray - Payplan have advised me that what Simply Be is doing is harrassment and that they do have all the paperwork and should leave me alone.
Ironically when I phoned up the lady said that a rep from the finance company that deals with Payplan was in their office today and would have a word with them to get the calls stopped :O)
