Since we started to enbark on the IVA trail both my husband and I have been feeling very low as failures ~ however now it seems the whole family are depressed r 15 s 13 and even my 7 year old son. What can we do.... I want to 'leave' the house as there is no equite and rent a house nearer to my family? would this help or make matters worse? The IVA is going well and we have not missed any payments

Hi,

This does sometimes happen. You are not failures at all, you are doing the best to sort out your situation. It could be that your negative feelings are rubbing off on your kids.

If you want to sell your house, then you will probably need to seek the permission of the creditors as there will have been a restriction placed on there. Otherwise there ios nothing to stop you from moving or renting.
