is IVA the right thing for me ?

hi ive just given up my failed business and need help.last year it made a loss of 48,000 and i am still in debt to the tune of around 20,000 pound and i think next april i will have to pay the tax man 15,000 but will have to find out about that first so as you can understand im a little worried right now and need some advise about moving forward and this seems a better way to do things. could you please advise and give me more infomation on IVA so i can see if it is the right thing for me regards

Hi and welcome, i think you need to speak to an Insolvency Practioner, you could try the ones on here Ian Millington or Melanie Giles, they will give you some advise.
