we have fairly new iva`s but our provider seems massivly in favor of the credit companies and our charges seem higher and terms seem alot stricter than quite a few i have seen on here. Is it possible to change provider once the iva is set up and would we have to completely reapply for the iva if it were possible to change?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately, it's very difficult to change IP's and I beleive this involves a trip to court etc.,
which company are you with? Is it worth asking them to review your IVA? It's always best to try and resolve things direct with your IP in the first instance.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thanks for the reply we are with pay plan. We have only had the iva for 4months so still in the early stages so not sure if its too early for a review. Alot has happened since the iva became active most notably ive been on extended sick leave due to an accident and next month my ssp stops. I havent even told my ip ive been on sick leave because I wasn`t expecting it to be prolonged. Have been paying my normal contributions as my parents have been helping with the food bill but without their help and certainly from next month will really have a problem.
