I had a failed IVA two years ago. I now have a more substancial income. I have considered bankruptcy and do not wish to go down this route. I was wondering if it is possible to apply for an IVA for a second time?

Yes, you can apply for another IVA, however, the creditors will be aware that the previous one failed, you would have to convince them that this one would be more likely to succeed.
