Is it all over ? On January I was automatically discharged from bankruptcy. Is that it ?

i declared myself bankrupt on 30th jan 2014 i had my interviem on phone a few days later with the official reciever, in december i recieved a letter saying they had no intrest in my car (my only asset)..... this is the only correspondance i have ever had from them.... so on 30th january 2014 i was automatically discharged is this correct?

there was no ipa asked of me... so is that it now? can the offical reciever still put an ipa on me? is it all over now? can the offical reciever ask anything else of me?

Hi and welcome

You declared bankruptcy in Jan 2013 ?

If so then yes that is the end, the OR can't ask for an IPA or force an IPO once you are discharged

Check the insolvency register to see if your discharge has actually taken effect. They usually do, and you would have been notified if there were grounds to suspend the discharge.
