I have just began the process of going in to an IVA with Creditfix ltd but I am struggling to find much info on the company online and there doesn't seem to be any reviews on it or on the IP Susan Wriglesworth. Do you know anything about them? Is Creditfix a reputable company? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

little concerned why not one of the 800+ people who read this has replied. are creditfix ok?? Feeling very lost at present like starting over but with no choice/power about future decisions. Cant find much online re:susan wriglesworth and creditfix. not sure i feel comfortable with them as a replacement company.

I've never heard of them and not a lot comes up on a Google search either

Easily found yes, google is the oracle ! But am slightly surprised that such a large forum like this, and one with an a ray of users and experience and yet nobody has replied or heard of them. I think that's what myself and abbiesmum2003 were getting at.

Don't know if it's the same company, but looking at Companies House website (get the Companies House app for your smartphone), Creditfix Ltd were only incorporated on 30th May 2014, and whose directors (Pearse Flynn and Nancy Reid) have had 4 other companies with a similar name - all now dissolved.
So you are quite right to be more than a little concerned.
At best they are an unknown quantity.
Those of you being traded off really are entitled to some sort of explanation and reassurance.
Sincerely hope you get this, and that your iva's will transfer with the minimum of fuss.

My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.

thank you riding the storm. I too did google it and found website page but nothing on susan. the link if you google her isnt found and the webpage for creditfix is pants for information. Mel says we will get post in few days time with explanation. Range of emotions at the moment...nerves, anxious, anger, disappointment. Mel said susan was nominated as ip of the year recently but just concerned by lack of recommendation and accessibility.

But surely we can't go from a highly respected insolvency company to a company that doesn't seem to have really any history or status ? We may possibly all be over reacting and I really hope that we are ! Large glass of red now and will await any news from the postman. #fingerscrossed

Please guys wait and see ...the terms of your iva will not change. The difference will be a new email address and phone number ..maybe the reviews slightly different ..but absolutely no point in panicking now ...wait until you receive your letters and information in the coming days
Andy has asked if all posts to do with PJG and Creditfix are kept in the same forum thread.
