Hi again Cazza,

We've managed to identify you (nothing too sinister about this, you've told us when your IVA started and your monthly payment which is enough for us to work out who you are!)

My colleague will give you a buzz today. There are a number of different things going on here (you mention your pay rise, losing your job, the new baby and the affordability of the current IVA payment, for example) so I think we need to take stock of where we all are in the first instance.
