strange question late in the day (meeting next thursday) but: with an interlocking proposal, do my O/H and myself need 75% acceptance seperatly or 75% combined. only asking as my IVA lower than O/Hs but 50%ish of mine held with MBNA and if they dont accept then my IVA will be rejected. 55k debt combined/payment £460pm. My debt £16K with 44% IVA proposal[?]

Both of you require 75% of votes to have IVA approved
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

Hi
You EACH need a 75% yes vote from the value of debt held by creditors voting on the day.
