Hi all
I have an interlocking IVA with my husband, one of my creditors are santander and my husband has a sole account with them, if he puts money in that account, can they take it as an off set for my debt? or can they not touch it as the account is in my husbands name only?

They should not touch your money, as they cannot off-set one persons credit balance against another's debt - especially once an IVA is in place. How will they know that it is your money deposited and not money belonging to your husband?
