my iva finished over 4 months ago and i have my certificate of completion, my details are still on the insolvency register, is it a bit soon yet before my details are removed from the register or should i contact my iva firm to make sure they have sent all the details to them
It should really be off by now but the register was having problems. It may be worth having a word with your IP and they could chase it up. The fact that you have your certificate means the IP almost certainly informed the register.
They're only just back up and running after an upgrade so I know that they have a backlog.
Keep checking.

None of us do know about it when we start out, and I would like to bet that the vast majority of people know nothing about it.
