I knit / crochet a lot normally have a couple if things on the go, I find it relaxing.
I only ever buy cheap wool though some balls of wool are so expensive it could cost about £20 just to do a cardigan, cheaper to buy one than pay that, most I ever pay is £1 per 100g ball.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

I never got the hang of crochet. Loved knitting but have no motivation these days.

I went shopping to a shopping centre where I don't like going and found a fascinator, not that I want a fascinator but it's perfect for a corsage so daughter will be adapting it into a corsage in the next couple of weeks. I bought her a chicken pie, a CD-rom about driving theory and a bag of sweets from poundland as payment! Bless her she converts a lot of her clothes and recently being doing more of mine. x

My hobbies are the computer, my dogs and reading. I was never any good with a needle and thread!

I can't use a needle and thread either, she has a sewing machine and lots of fabrics etc, she loves making stuff, got an A* for her GCSE but never continued it into A-level which surprised me.

Dog training is my passion and spend hours a week doing this.

Spent the day indoors, a little bit of ironing and catching up with sky+. Finally dusted down the Wii and had a go at Just Dance [:D]

I've done the Biggest Loser for the past three days and loved it - my muscles didn't though!

I used to do The Biggest Loser Jan, but got bored with it.
Just Dance was fun, Lesley. My co-ordination was rubbish though [:)] I'm hoping to get Zumba for the Wii next week and have bought Abba keepfit DVD too... hoping for motivation [:)]

No good me doing the dance as I have no sense of rhythm at all! I quite enjoy the Biggest Loser. I may well get bored with it though in time - who knows!

I enjoyed the BL Jan, just me finding any excuse not to use it [:)]

I wanted to go to a Zumba class, but no-one to go with [:(] so thinking this could be the next best thing [:)]

Has anyone used the vibration plates you see in the gym? A friend of mine has one at home and I'm tempted to save for one off ebay.

My friend has one in her house and swears by it, she has arthritis and says it does wonders for her, she does say I can use it but I never have yet. There is one in our gym too but you have to pay to use it so I don't bother. x

Well I took my little man to see Kung Fu Panda 2 today, thought I was doing really well as got in as a student as I still have my student card from going back to uni last year and it doesn't run out while the end of Sept.

But then he wanted popcorn and a drink, no worries, except when did a medium popcorn cost £4 odd????? I was horrified!, remind me next time to take my own
