Depends on your IP.

For our first year we didn't have to send any in at all. Payplan have changed their criteria and it is now every three months.

Really doesn't bother me. It doesn't cost me postage wise and I have nothing to hide.

A lot of IP's do it quarterly, and some do it monthly.

It's not a pain at all, as long as your IVA is running smoothly, I can't see the problem.

Don't worry newtoallthis, it's obviously what your IP wants and will be quite normal for them.

Don't worry about it.

setting up a iva takes a lot of time and effort.having a good understanding and trust with your ip is important, from both ways, so why you should have to send your monthly payslip to your ip is beyond me,once your iva is up and running.

I prefer that my team see the wage slips every month, so that we have them filed away for review purposes and we can monitor whether there are any monies due. Most clients seem to appreciate the additional effort we put in in this regard, and it dos save nasty suprises at the end of the year.

If that is their criteria, then that is what you have to do, doesn't matter whether you agree with it or not.

As long as the poster is happy with the IVA, that's the main thing.

my creditors appreciated that i entered into a iva so they recieved a reasonable dividend, rather than substantially less if i declared my self bankrupt.as i was advised by national debtline.so i dont think they minded my payslips monitored yearly, because my ip trusted that i would meet any shortfalls in payments that i would have to make after my income and expenditure assessment.i was clearly advised to understand all the terms and conditions of my iva.so if there was any shortfalls in my income or any subtstantial increases or a windfall i was to contact my case officer promptly.my iva being a flexible arrangement,i was happy with these terms and conditions as was my ip representing me so i nor my ip seemed to think it was neccessary to send payslips in more than on a yearly basis.

Your IP has now changed their criteria - it was 12 months for me when I first started, it is now every three months. I know that my IP trusts me to pay any extra across and to declare windfalls etc., but I have no problem at all in sending across payslips every three months.

As it's not just me, but every other person in an IVA with Payplan, then I know they don't have a problem.

I send mine in quarterly along with a spreadsheet that shows any uplift monies due and a cheque, no hassle to me at all, it's just all part and parcel of my IVA, I don't feel I'm not trusted at all.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

We entered our IVA's in April 2008. We sent the last three months payslips in for our annual review which was done February/March this year.

Since then they have wanted quarterly payslips. I have read posts from other people who are with them and have to do the same.

Doesn't bother me, costs me nothing and it's nothing different to what a lot of IP's want.

No, my payrise is to be taken into account on my annual review. We just sent payslips off quarterly and have not had a difference in payments.

It is obvious that Payplan have changed their criteria, nothing that those us of in an IVA with them can do about it.

Hasn't affected me so far as my pay hasn't altered - have advised them of my payrise and they are not interested until next year.
