Are you sure that you are in an IVA? And have you checked the insolvency register to see if you are properly registered? If not, I would query this with your IP.

When was the IVA approved? Do you have the details of your IVA that you can quote to your creditors?
Our IP sent us a letter with all the info we needed to give creditors in the event of any contact, such as court number, date held, location of meeting, chairman of meeting...
I also checked we were on the insolvency registerd and that all details were correct.
Completion Certificate received September 2012.

Good luck Flaps for today.. wish you all the best. I know as well as probably most people do on here how nerve racking it is waiting.. but try too keep busy...

As for the topic of this post, I have the same problem with letters after litters from National Debt Recovery who are run from Littlewoods, despite letters from my IP and also myself, I still have them coming through the letter box.. starting to get very annoyed at this that I'm now posting them back to them return to sender haha..
The ball is rolling..

11 down, 49 to go..
