Have to say , my experience of getting replies from my IP (I've had 4 so far lol) have been pretty good. Andrew Wilkinson was an absolute legend when he was at Accuma (I believe he's at Freeman Jones now), I used to get emails back in about 30mins!

There ARE some good ones about ;)

Good luck for today btw :o)

thank you so much for all your support, GT rang me there now to say the creditors will accept the new variations on condition that another 12 months is added onto the plan - this is to allow for the lower dividend that they will be receiving (GT had put forward a new proposal for me to pay a lower monthly payment to allow me to pay off the credit card).
I have to say to give credit were credit is due Im very pleased with GT, I feel like celebrating now :)
but thank you for all your advice and support it has been invaluable to me.

Congratulations.... the way the years are flying by the extra 12 months won't seem too long. Good luck with the rest of your IVA, I hope the journey is not too bumpy along the way.
