You know in the short time i have secured my IVA, i have had numerous letters and offers of loans and credit cards. The last letter i received said that they were aware that i'd been dealt with by BE and were concerned that i had been forced into an IVA without knowing the full facts and offered me a gigantic loan. At what point do i call these people and tell them in no uncertain terms to keep their greedy little claws out of my business and shove their letters and opinions right up their rear end ? .I don't understand it at all.I know where they get their info from, the **** register,i'm sure i should keep the letters and send them off to some regulatory body stating that i'm being harrased.I have an IVA, i am insolvent, what on earth do they think they are doing, the poisonous vile gannets from hell. OOOOOfffff i could explode.

Yes name and shame. Put the paper to good use though in the shredder and use for hamster bedding (if you have one)

Hi Quark,
I've had the same letters - they get dispatched to my IP pronto. Interestingly I had a letter from my company B & E warning me about these letters. Don't get angry get even - by ignoring them andletting your IP dael with the issue.
Keep strong,
Hugs,

I know that its only small amounts that they loan out,and its often to people who couldnt borrow from anyone else, but they are almost like legalised loansharks!!!
