LadyH, I'm usually up at that time but last night was asleep and now been up since 5am! Glad everyone is ok and I'm going Christmas Shopping today and after today it will be mostly done, looking forward to paying with my money and being frugal, I've got a budget and that's it as they say...when it's gone it's gone.

I too love the suppport we give each other on and off forum.

I'm in bed usually then, and even if I wake up and have trouble getting back to sleep, I snuggle up and lie there.

I'm terrible the minute my eyes open I'm up and thinking, I wish I could clear my mind but it never happens.

Yesterday morning I had to get up at 4.20 to loose Lloyd out (and it was cold!)

Straight back upstairs, into bed and even though I lay there for a while without sleeping, I still could not get up at that time.

I will only do it if I'm going on holiday - but then I have an incentive![:D]

I do enjoy my time alone in the middle of the night gives me a chance to do things without interruption, bit drastic though I admit! The longer I lay in bed awake the more frustrated I become so it's often best for me to come down and do something constructive...mostly involves eating too!
