That'll teach me to hope for a miracle... Email sent 16:30 on Friday and still no response... its not like I'm asking for something tricky - just a standard time table of what happens and when!

Keep pestering confuddled - send another email to Karol asking why you have not had a reply to the one you sent on Friday.

Hi confuddled - I know its frustrating - It could be your email wasn't seen until this morning and Karol might not be in today or too busy to have had time to give a full reply but I guess some kind of acknowledgement would be nice so you can expect when to get an answer. Hopefully she'll follow this up asap.

Good luck!As getting ANY information from GT is becoming almost as difficult as trying to get a straight answer from them? Perhaps it's time a Government body intervened and investigated their actions?
