Firstly congratulations. You need to talk to your IP about this as you will probably need a to apply for a variation due to any potential income drop. This would usually be allowable as creditors are sympathtic to people wanting to have a family. If you were not to return to work this may affect your ability to be able to complete your IVA commitment, although there are many possible scenerios. Why don't you post some more details so we can advise further?
Are both you and your Partner in an IVA?
Are you working currently?
Will you receive Maternity pay?

Hi bron and welcome to the forum.

You will have to talk to your IP as this will change your income/expenditure. You need to have a few things in consideration such as CH Benefit, Child Tax Credit, are you going back to work, etc. Could you post more details about your current situation?
