A lesson well learnt! With ME a little bit each day! I have done a couple of hours in the garden before and ended up in bed for 2 days. Painkillers, early night and maybe a day off will set you right - if you do have to have tomorrow off though, I was told not to spend it doing nothing. You need to get up and move around a bit in a normal routine or the following day will hit you harder.
