If WE declare ourselves bankrupt do I have to file straight away because do not have £1400 until end of February

Sorry Lorraine, why not wait to file until the end of February? What are the circumstances?

TA & Kelly, this is one of a series of posts on the same subject. Lorraine recieved PPI refunds during the IVA and did not declare them. IP has become aware and is not best pleased.

Lorraine, by the time your IP has dealt with this you will have had time to get the fees together. However, do not jump before you are pushed. You might get a reprieve.
