IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Yes - most traders who have VAT debts included in their IVAs continue to be VAT regiatered once the IVA is in place. Indeed you must be VAT registered if you are providing standard rated supplies and your turnover is in excess of the registration limit.
