My student loans were included, although it was a relatively small amount. I was never told they couldn't be included at any stage.

Hi now concerned, I was also told my Student loan could not be included. It is only for about =£2k and me and Hubby had debts of approx £68 (went in for joint IVA).

Should it have been included? and if so can I change this now. (am 3 year in)

It would maybe be worth asking your IP for an explaination as to why your student loan couldnt be included given its relatively small size compared to the overall debt.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
