If creditors don't vote how are they counted in the balance ?

During Voting at creditor meeting, if creditors do not vote how are they counted in the balance towards the required 75% by value requirement?

Hi,

If they don't vote they are not counted towards the 75% LTV vote for the requirement.

I was actually told by GT yesterday that a body that does not vote is better than a fail vote or a negative no vote what ever you want to call it, not sure if it is different at the start rather than the variation at the end.
