Hi, I am in an iva agreement. I fraudulently signed the Land Registry RX1 document on behalf my wife. She has now found out and reported this to my iva company, action fraud, and the police. What is likely to happen?
Technically this is fraud --- what will happen will depend on the individual agencies involved. Theoretically the IVA could be voided and you could be prosecuted. On the other hand it might be deemed that no action is required. Impossible to guess I am afraid.
