I offered a full and final payment to settle my IVA, which worked out at 25p in the pound. All this was submitted to my iva people on 21/08/12, to which I received an email to say how this may pan out 1 creditors accept 2 termination of iva 3 proceed to bankruptcy. It is now 8/1/13 and I have not received anything from them. Is this normal ??

Hi.
Which company are you with and have they actually given you details of a creditor meeting?

If you haven't received anything from your IVA company you really need to chase them up to find out what's happening.
Good luck.

how can you offer a full and final payment and receive an email which includes bankruptcy as an option - sound like scaremongering to me
